2-Year Limited Warranty

The Contraptory is confident in its craftsmanship and parts quality. We therefore offer a leading 2-Year Limited Warranty to promote confidence in your purchases.

Put simply, we warrant all our creations against manufacturing defects. We gladly accept warranty returns at our shipping cost for replacement or repair.

This includes light bulbs and other electrical illumination devices and power supplies.

Many times we will simply be able to ship you a replacement bulb or new power supply. In some instances, we will require the item to be shipped back to us for repair. In a few instances, no repair will be viable and in that case we will refund the entire purchase price of your original order.

Sorry, shipping costs from your original purchase are not refundable.
